Job candidates may have the skills, experience, knowledge, values, attitude an employer is looking for. But, it requires a quite different set of skills to confidently prepare and present at an interview. Similarly, employers understand their business intimately however the skills to evaluate and select employees are usually not core to their business.

Consequently, employers often do not end up with the right employees and job candidates often miss employment opportunities they should have secured.
