I've been a local resident since 1992 (and reside here with my wife and two young children).

Starting my real estate career in 2003 as Sales Assistant to my mother, acting as part of the Family Team, I have jointly won numerous awards including Top Sales, Top Auctioneer & Best Lister and Marketer within the agency group over many consecutive years.

I've joined the award winning team at LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills to both expand my knowledge and broaden my sales expertise. I'm fluent in English, Hakka and proficient in Mandarin. I have the skill set to communicate effectively to a diverse range of people in a variety of circumstances.

I recognise that every client is different, with individual needs and requirements, and so I am adaptable to all situations and always treat both sellers and buyers with equal respect.
