JOME Club of Performing Arts

Designed as a social club the idea of JOME is to foster creativity and a community feel towards the performing arts for people who just want to perform for fun!

We don’t care if you are a complete beginner or a Hollywood star, we endeavour to create shows and performances that shine the spotlight on all of our members regardless of experience.

Whether you’ve never acted before or haven’t done drama since high school, at JOME we aim to combine social club activities such as our famous JOMIES awards nights and after class drinks with weekly skill classes to create a unique and enjoyable theatre group.

Working closely with our members we produce productions that encourage an inclusive method of casting... no auditions! And we promise not to cast anyone as a tree.

If the talk of performances scares you, don’t worry JOME is all about enjoying the journey and having the opportunity to be creative, have fun and meet new people!
