We believe your care should work quickly, be cost effective, involve clear communication with your GP when appropriate and aid in helping you understand your health in practical ways.

Even though Chiropractic is the 3rd largest health profession behind medicine and dentistry in the western world, it is broadly diverse within itself and largely misunderstood. A focus in our practice is on the art of “hands-on” gentle and effective manual adjusting that gave Chiropractic it's early and continuing success, and combining this with soft-tissue techniques, exercises and a range of other therapies that compliment and support it. The latest science (especially neuroscience) is finally describing how chiropractic works and giving insights into better applications of the art and skills that have been passed down and developed since the profession began.
