John Holschier Bowen Therapy

John Holschier Bowen Therapy has been operating at 43 Clarke St Benalla since July 2016.
I have a Certificate 1V in Bowen Therapy and a Diploma in Specialised Bowen Therapy. Now studying for a Masters in Advanced Bowen Therapy.
I first experienced Bowen Therapy as a patient about 15 years ago. I had a frozen shoulder and stiff neck. I'd been suffering for days and was so bad I could hardly get out of bed. My wife, Sally, who'd had great results from the local Bowen therapist suggested I try it. I had the treatment in the morning, by that afternoon I had full movement and no pain. Amazing.
Years before Sally had been told that she had one leg longer than the other. She went for years with inserts in her shoe or built up heels. The problem was actually misaligned hips. A few sessions with the Bowen therapist fixed this problem.
After leaving teaching I was looking for something else. People had told me that I have healing hands so I thought I'd give Bowen Therapy a go.
Now several years later I find that I can help people with all sorts of issues, from shoulder and back pain to digestive problems to migraines.
I have a clinic at 43 Clarke St Benalla which I have set up to provide people with a gentle, relaxing healing experience.
