Formerly known as John L. Hill & Co, our business was started by John and Virginia Hill in 1977.

In 2014 ownership changed hands to John and Virginia’s son Sam and his wife Nicola - the next generation. Sam has worked in the business since 1992 and Nicola joined in 2010. John Hill remains actively involved as a consultant and is often in the office.

Over the past three decades, we’ve certainly witnessed some tumultuous times in the local property market but we’ve weathered these highs and lows by maintaining a strong focus on our key capabilities and core values.
