I currently hold 1-1 Coaching sessions in nature or skype video and I have an online 12 week Coaching program with all the modules, meditations and worksheets needed for transformation. At the end of that you will receive your own The Power Within certificate.

In 2008 I healed from Crohn's Disease after I was told by experts that it was impossible. Crohn's and Colitis Australia has labelled it as "Mind over Matter". Since then I have helped many people around the world to transform and transition themselves into who they want to be.

MY BIO:
I am a Self-Healing Coach, International Speaker, Brain Trainer and Author. I suffered for 10 years from Crohn’s Disease with high stress and anxiety and eventually found a way to heal from the condition after being told by health experts it’s not possible. I have now been completely symptom free for 9 years without the need for medication or special diet. I have since discovered my higher calling which includes helping others to find their own inner power and faith and helping them to ignite their own passion and inspiring people to connect and take action..

My experience includes workshops and presentations to Brisbane Waters Secondary College, Australian Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence Inc, One World One Life (Charity), Top 75 Youth Leaders of Nepal, NTV (Nepalese TV). One Great Gut (San Diego, United.States), Wellness Hubs Australia for Conscious Entrepreneurs, Step Into Your Power and Mind Over Body Breakthrough workshops for adults, Mindfulness classes for children, teenagers and adults at the beach. Running and organising conscious community events

My education includes: Diploma in Life Coaching, Certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Matrix Therapies, Hypnosis, High performing Workshop Facilitation, heavy research in Neuroscience principles that are integrated into the coaching and workshops as well as many life experiences that moved from trauma to extraordinary events on multiple occassions. * THERAPEUTIC OUTDOOR SESSIONS - are catered to the individual or group.
