My name is Derek Hyde and I am Managing Director of Jodek Financial Services, a small Mortgage Broking Firm located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
I hold a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and am accredited with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
My background as a long term property investor combined with Business Management skills gained over 20 years of running my own successfull Manufacturing company are what sets me apart from the rest.
My passion has always been in helping others succeed with their own property investing goals.
I have spent the past 22 years studying all aspects of property investing, attending seminars, reading every book I could find and talking to as many experts as possible.
