JLB Property is an indepentant, family owned business that commenced trading in 2007. The Principal & Licensee in charge of the agency is Werrington local, John Bremez.
John has a true passion for real estate and began his successful career 10 years ago with extensive & rigorous training under the Jenman System, working in an Approved Jenman office operating on the South Coast.
After moving to Sydney, John also worked in the Finance Industry before returning to real estate sales with Century 21. The office he worked for folded, and the opportunity arose to establish his own agency with Co-Director & Licensed Agent, wife Lily.
John constantly achieves the highest results for his vendors and enjoys setting higher than average sales prices. His expertise is complimented by the number of other agents that regularly call upon him for advice or assistance.
