"Jitter Bean"

We are Vickii Myhre and Heather James, creators of "Jitter Bean"

In 2007 we moved from Melbourne to outback Mundoora for a more natural, healthy and simple way of life.

One of our first observations in our new surroundings was the need for GREAT coffee... and so "Jitter Bean" was born.

Our first step was to find and OUTSTANDING coffee, and we did!!!
We use FAIRTRADE ORGANIC MAHALIA COFFEE.

We wanted to serve superior coffee so we learnt from the MASTER ROASTER herself... Thank you Mahalia :)

As well as our hot drinks we make Iced Coffee, Iced Chocolate and Iced Strawberry. (New flavours developing regularly)

With a background in food the natural progression was to develop a range of healthy, tasty food, we source ingredients locally whenever possible.

We now make gourmet dips, pate`, dukkah, jerky, dried fruits & vegetables, muffins etc.
