Hi my name is Laura. I'm a self taught work at home mum of 3 beautiful kids.
I believe in providing delicious decorative cakes and cupcakes at a great price with the most important ingredient of all..LOVE.
I love what I do and I love nothing more but to see a smile on a customers face when they pick up their order. You cam rely on me to be helpful when selecting your order. I will be honest and upfront with you and even suggest ideas for you.
I offer stand hire in various sizes which all have security deposits on them.
For those out of state, I provide posted decoration packs. Which will include all you need with instructions on how to make your own masterpiece.
I'm friendly and approachable and I will answer any of your questions no matter how small or big.
Some of you may ask how I got the name Jillybeans? It was named after the most inspiring woman in my life, my mother Jill. I unfortunately lost her on november 23rd 2010.
I not only named my buisness in honor of her but I also opened it on her birthday in memory of her.
ALL orders require a 50% non refundable deposit at least 2 weeks before the order is made. Any payments made cannot be refunded as I would have bought things for your order upon payment, however if you do decide to cancel 2 weeks beforehand you can be issued a credit of the amount paid. Some circumstances will have special allowance but if you have simply changed your mind or don't wish to order from me, these are not acceptable reasons.
Orders cannot be commenced without deposit. Due to being a small business I don't buy bulk, I only buy what I need. I buy products as soon as I am paid, no earlier. You need to give me sufficient time to source products, without sufficient time I will do my best but can't guarantee their arrival. A week is sufficient time.
