Should you cancel your scheduled booking less than 72 hours prior to your service, a cancellation fee will be required.
Your booking may be transferred to another date, subject to availability.

Some cases of leniency will be allowed depending on honest circumstances.
As we are ensuring all clients are aware of these ongoing procedures, we will soon have to enforce a deposit on larger services such as:
Bond cleans
Spring cleans
Construction cleans and
Entry cleans.

OUR SERVICING POLICY:

Depending on the method of service you choose JENSCLEANING SERVICES through; Each service may incur a CANCELLATION fee.

BOND / EXIT / ENTRY CLEANS:
The premises must be vacated and access to the property must be required. If this is via pre-arranged agreement with the current tenant, owner, real estate or landlord prior on on the date on service.
Should you wish to cancel any larger bookings, JENSCLEANING SERVICES require 72hours notice- otherwise a cancellation fee of $88-$150 fee will be incurred depending on the "clean type".

ROUTINE BOOKINGS:
As mentioned above, alike with servicing fees, if a cancellation is required and not made prior to 72hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $25 will be incurred.
