At JEM Remedial Massage we aim to offer the highest quality services to our clients in the form of remedial massage therapy, 1-1 and semi-private coaching and dance.

We understand every individual is unique and come to us searching for differing needs; therefore every treatment and program is personalised to the individual’s goals, presenting pain and injuries, specific requirements and definition of freedom.

In order to achieve this, we add value through the use of remedial massage therapy, strength training, dance, and other techniques such as joint mobilisation, trigger point therapy, MET/PNF stretching and dry needling and cupping to help repair damage of the soft tissues and muscles within the body, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

JEM Remedial Massage, above all else, value education and providing this to our clients and create own accountability and fuel their growing resources. Therefore, our treatments include rehabilitation advice on how the individual can enhance their healing at home and avoid re-occurring pain and injuries and achieve their ultimate feeling of freedom.

In accordance with JEM Remedial Massages’ mission, we have designed treatment plans to help our clients achieve their goals, purpose and ultimate feeling of freedom. Our treatment plans are individualised and allow us to become well acquainted with our client’s goals, presenting pain and injuries, specific requirements and definition of freedom. These treatment plans are designed to work alongside and compliment the client’s training schedule, budget and time, enhancing the individual to achieve their ultimate feeling of freedom to be the best version of them.
