JCAD Design

Hi my name is Jason Nardi. After completing my studies in Canberra I achieved an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Design, while studying I worked for an engineering company as a structural draftsman, in this role I got to work closely with Architects and Structural engineers on a vast array of large and small projects.
After coming back to Leeton after 3 years I decided to start JCAD Design with the aim to introduce modern design principals from small residential renovations to large commercial/residential constructions.
I have worked closely with builders and my clients to achieve their dream home, my goal is to make sure the clients are 100% satisfied with their new home design. I specialise in helping Owner Builders go through the building process with constant advice and ideas of where they can save money, as well as all the BASIX information to help you complete your commitment to environmental impact.
I will be posting pictures of designs I have completed including progress pictures and different design ideas, I have many ready made plans with different facades that would suit or can create one from scratch.
