This page is initially for my Cert IV in Fitness assessment. My page is about getting fit. It's not just about exercise, or just watching the food you eat. Its health for the mind and body. I would eventually like to be involved in training people that need help with injury rehabilitation and posture correction. I would also like to train people in Boxing for Fitness. It is the best all round body workout in my book.
