JB Journals

The inspiration to begin JB Journals came from a desire to not only become more organised but to practice regular self care whether it be through journaling feelings and thoughts, planning my day, taking care of finances or taking a well earned break. I work in a field that requires listening, compassion and understanding. Without good reflective practice and self care it is easy to burn out.
