Javaa Yoga Studio

Javaa Yoga is a small studio located in a tranquil garden setting in the heart of bayside Mentone. We have three fully qualified and experienced Hatha Yoga teachers who teach classes for students of every size, shape, age and physical condition.

We believe that a regular yoga practice can bring profound benefits to the body and mind, helping us to develop a greater sense of who we are and how we are connected to the world around us.

Our class sizes are small (maximum of 9 students) so that each student can be assisted to get the most out of their practice.

Bookings are essential as places are limited in each class.
