I have been involved in the financial industry, predominantly Mortgage Broking for over 12 years.

For those, not too clear on what a Mortgage broker does, I’ll explain.

Let’s say for instance you are looking to purchase a property, seeking a pre-approval or perhaps you already own a property, and you have this feeling that you could be getting a better deal on your interest rate, rates, fees etc.

If you go directly in to any bank, trying to find a decent home loan, that bank can only offer you their own products, they certainly are not going to offer you another banks products.

This is where I come in, I have access to over 35 banks and non-bank Lenders.

The process is simple, I’ll get some details from you and based on your circumstances, we’ll have a look at our panel of lenders and basically say, “Alright who’s willing to offer us the best deal”.

My service to you is free, as I get paid by the banks for referring business to them.
