I can provide confirmation that subdivisions are suitable for the provision of either NBN or existing telecommunication services.

This service is required to satisfy the standard conditions imposed by Council. These conditions are mandatory under Clause 66.01-1 of the Victorian Planning Provisions.

I have been involved in the land development industry for more than 30 years. Most recently as a Project/Design Engineer.

I am qualified Cabler with over ten years experience working on the security industry.

I am a registered cabler with ASIAL Australia CRS in accordance with the ACMA cabling provider rules.

Subdivision Requirements
Amendment VC 81 to the Victorian Planning Provisions has removed Telstra as a referral authority. Responsible Authorities are now required to impose standard conditions that are intended to ensure that telecommunication services can be installed into new lots. These services can be telephony or NBN services.

Before Council can issue a Statement of Compliance, a ‘suitably qualified person’ must provide this confirmation. This is the service I provide.
