Jamvybz Jamaican Restaurant is the home of authentic Jamaican Jerk in Sydney, tantalising taste of the Caribbean, warm friendly island culture, reggae, home cooking and much much. We here at Jamvybz pride ourselves in exuding the real "awtical" Jamaican Vibes. Our aim is to produce and package the essence of the true Jamaican culture and cuisine and present it in a manner that is well aligned to Australia's Multiculturalism.
We use the traditional method of cooking, spices and old family recipes that date back as far as Maroon time in the days of "Old Jamaica"
Jamvybz sources the finest spices from Jamaica, USA and from within Australia all perfectly blended together to give that authentic Caribbean flavour.
