Jamie Osborne Bespoke Personal Training

Jamie is a highly motivated trainer and has over ten years experience in the fitness industry. With ten years service in the Australian Army and over eight years training as an elite international gymnast, Jamie’s coaching style is the perfect mix of discipline, motivation, skill and technique. Jamie's ability to train and impart knowledge easily to others, coupled with his technical expertise, cements his place in the fitness industry. Jamie continually expands his knowledge through training courses. He coaches gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting to national athletes in Canberra. He has won multiple National titles in Olympic Weightlifting and was named part of the 2014 Commonwealth Games Weightlifting shadow team. Jamie bundles all this experience into a fun and challenging structure so you get the most out of your training, and reach your full potential.
