James' Place

Wangaratta District Specialist School (WDSS), along with The Centre and Cafe the PreVue, Present "James' Place". A Restaurant open monthly, run and staffed by VCAL students from WDSS. The students have been traineed in all areas of the Hospitality Industry and are now ready to have further hands on experience in the Restaurant. This is an exciting Pilot Program, aiming at giving these students new and exciting opportunities for the future, getting them "job ready", and letting their light shine.

The restaurant will give the students practical knowledge and experience in different areas of the Hospitality industry including food preparation, cleanliness and hygiene, bar tending, waiting, and customer service.
