James Cook University Pharmacy Student Association

JCUPSA represents the pharmacy students of James Cook University, Townsville. Our aim is to provide social activities, education opportunities and information on the pharmacy profession to our members.

JCUPSA represents over 70% of the pharmacy students enrolled at JCU. One of the highest proportions among the different NAPSA branches.

We benefit our members by organising social events such as:
-Annual Pubcrawl
-Pharmacy Ball
-Trivia Nights
-Pub Nights
-And we're always coming up with new ideas

We're also able to supply discounted (or free) education opportunities to JCUPSA members including but not limited to:
-First Aid Courses
-Blackmores Complementary Medicines Seminar
-Smith&Nephew Wound Care Seminar
-Various Guest Speakers representing the Pharmacy Profession

Students also benefit from JCUPSA membership by receiving discounts on important pharmacy reference resources such as the APF, AMH, Therapeutic Guidelines and many more.
