At James Adam Fitness, I make your fitness goals my goals! It is my role as your personal trainer to motivate, train, guide and push you to achieve your fitness dreams weather it be losing weight, gaining muscle or enhancing general fitness and well being.
I have flexible and diverse training options including but not limited to one-on-one personal training (for the fastest results), Buddy sessions where you and a friend can train simultaneously along with diet advice and exercise programs.
