We don’t want to be your average personal trainer; we prefer to be looked to as a mentor, a guide even. We’re not here to simply train you, but to genuinely help you attain your goal whether that requires help with a diet, motivation or answers to any questions you may have. All kept completely confidential of course.
We embrace people from all walks of life to join our program. Men and Women of all ages are completely welcomed. Discounts offered to those with concession. We cater to people looking to tone up, pack on muscle or lose some of that excess weight. One on one sessions, group sessions and also separate sessions for all you mummy’s looking to get into shape. But the best part? We come to you! Jake McKenny Personal Training is 100% mobile and prepared to meet anywhere you will feel most comfortable. How’s that for convenience?

$35 for 4-5 people
$30 for 6+ people

Concession:
$50 for one on one
