This small group class is for e">Classes in Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Classes include breathing excercises, postures (Asanas), Mantras and meditations. Each class is 1.30 hours and is followed by shared Yogi tea and home made raw chocolates.
These classes are taught in a small group setting, tailored to fit all ages and ranges of fitness and flexibility as "Kundalini Yoga meets you where you're at". All postures can be done sitting on a chair or a yoga mat.
