I am passionate about all aspects of yoga on and off the mat. For me, yoga goes far beyond the physical postures, of asana practice. Yoga helps to develop a cultivation of energy, working with the mind and body. We are empowered to take control of our thoughts, emotions and health. A practice of Yoga is an opportunity to create new patterns and develop resilience through life.
I first discovered Yoga in 2000. Inspired to go deeper and share my passion, in 2016 I completed my teacher training in the Solomon Yogalates Method, a seamless blend of Hatha Yoga and Pilates.
I honour and respect my students for showing up for themselves. Each class is an opportunity to give yourself the time and space, to turn within, to check into self. To observe what is arising and sensing each experience. Slowing down into the present moment, acknowledging, releasing and exploring. My teaching style is gentle and loving. I am known for blending a balance of stillness and movement. I teach from the heart drawing from my authentic experience.
