The word ethics refers to a set or system of moral ideals. The key to running an ethical business is to not do anything that will cause you not to be proud of what you have done. Sadly enough, many consumers prefer to not deal with real estate agents due to bad past experiences. Whilst many real estate agents claim to be “ethical”, the moral code by which they stand may differ somewhat to the moral code of the population as a whole.

A Real Estate Agent’s role is to act as an intermediary to bring buyers and sellers of property together. As the Seller is responsible for payment of the agent’s commission, when settlement of the sale is achieved, it goes without saying that the loyalty of an agent should primarily be to their Client (without being disrespectful to the Buyers, of course!).

I provide a value added system of selling through excellent communication with my Sellers and Buyers, top notch negotiation skills when a buyer is found for a property to ensure the best price is achieved and sensible marketing techniques that won’t break the bank but will ensure that the message about the property being available for purchase reaches the widespread market.
