J' Ma was born in Taiwan and at the age of 14 migrated to Brisbane Australia where she finished her education, including obtaining a Diploma of Operation Management and a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Since then she has worked in different finance sectors for over 9 years in Brisbane, such as banks; credit unions in the lending area from mortgages to settlements; finance companies and vehicle dealerships arranging finance and insurance for commercial and consumer loans.

During this time J' Ma has developed her passion for helping others who can not understand the English language. She has helped both her companies and clients to negotiate the best deals using her understanding of cultural differences and her business acumen to help others to achieve their desired outcome, which could so easily have resulted in frustrated parties walking away and the deal failing.

Now J' Ma is working full time as a professional interpreter specializing in Mandarin to English and vice versa, to assist individuals and businesses to maximize the outcome for success for both parties.
