Our daily workouts - designed by our qualified professional trainers - cover all aspects of an integrated fitness program. We look after your strength and your cardio vascular fitness as well as offer sensible, sustainable nutritional advice. Our training timetable is always changing and the good thing is that you don't have to stick to class times - we work all day with our clients!
