ITFA Taekwon-Do Tots

ITFA Taekwon-Do Tots was designed by APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist, III Dan Black Belt and ITFA National 'A' Class Instructor, Miss Emily Boulton Smith. With her superior knowledge in human anatomy, exercise physiology and peadiatric development, Miss Boulton Smith has devised a programme that breaks down the beginner syllabus in a fun and stimulating way to teach the Art to the 3-5 year old age group. The aim of Taekwon-Do Tots is to provide a solid foundation of fundamental knowledge and movement whilst enhancing balance, co-ordination, confidence, self-esteem, skill and understanding of the 5 tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. This programme offers an excellent introduction to Taekwon-Do, with a syllabus that transitions seamlessly into the ITFA Children's Classes that start at age 5.
