Hi everyone and thank you for liking this page. where very much passionate storm Chasers and storm chasers are people who try to get close to storms for the purposes of observation or science photography and video. Chasers are usually amateur photographers, hobbyists and private citizens who pursue severe weather for personal reasons, often logging hundreds of klm during a single event. So why do people put themselves through the ordeal? The motivations vary, some chasers experienced a close encounter with a tornado or terrible storm when they were kids, feeding their fascination with severe weather. Some are driven by a scientific curiosity. Others are simply captivated by the beauty and awesome fury that mother nature can unleash from the sky. Part of the appeal is that every storm is different with it's own personality, a puzzle to be worked out by the chaser. Chasers come from all walks of life and many travel hundreds or thousands of klm and map out their entire vacations to chase storms in Australia every spring and summer and winter, so to any one who loves it like me, never stop chasing .. ISW Photography Tours was founded to share our storm chasing experiences with other weather enthusiasts and thrill-seekers that may not have the equipment or expertise to safely chase severe weather. We are committed to providing the storm chasing experience of a lifetime safely and comfortably.
