We aim to use as much local product as possible in our cooking to bring to you beautiful food using fresh ingredients straight from producer to you. Saying this some of our products may be seasonal depending on availability of ingredients.

Why are our cheesecakes *Gourmet* and so different from other cheesecakes?:

We make our luscious, rich and creamy gourmet cheesecakes fresh to order in an assortment of tantalizing flavors to suite anyone’s fancy.
Our secret is our recipes using the finest ingredients our main one being the creamy sheep labneh, for an irresistible melt-in-your-mouth smoothness.
We produce truly gourmet cheesecakes by using high quality pure cream cheese. Our basic mix uses only six ingredients with pure cream cheese making up approximately 80% of the mix. Our ingredients are carefully folded in rather than bulk blended. We take the time and effort to make and hand-finish/decorate every cake.
So much more love and fresh quality are put into Island Delights cakes and goodies.
Many commercial cheesecakes are made using artificial cream cheese blends (cream cheese blended with vegetable oils and trans fats), other non-dairy mixtures and bulking agents.
Some plain cheesecake mixes contain up to twenty different ingredients and a low percentage of actual cream cheese.
