I have been actively involved in the heath & fitness industry for over 5 years. I believe in order to train and advise others one should lead by example.
There are no short cuts or magic pills to help you achieve your goals. This you must find within yourself.
A little background on myself; I wasn’t always into health & fitness. In fact, up until I was around 20 years of age I was obese. I weighed in at over 160kgs before,
something triggered me to take action and change my life. I dedicated 12 hard months to training & nutrition, dropping down to a healthy weight & found myself
becoming addicted to the results of hard work & dedication.
Since then my fitness journey has taken me too many different avenues. Body building, Rugby, Powerlifting, Mauy Thai, Marathons, one Ultra Marathon, Spartan Races,
Calisthenics & finally into mountaineering and Alpine Climbing.
I now take pleasure in passing on my knowledge to others. There is nothing more satisfying than helping someone along their own fitness journey; becoming the best versions of themselves.
Everyone is different, so each client needs a focus or adaption specifically for them to achieve their goals safely & effectively.
There are many avenues to reach a client’s goal & this is part of the journey that I enjoy sharing with them.
I believe in training for performance over aesthetics. If you train hard enough, with purpose and show dedication to eating healthy well balanced meals, all else will fall into place.
