Opening its doors in 28 July 2014, Ipoh Town has carried on the age-old traditions and heritage of its owner, Jimmy Chong. Under the management of his capable son, Billy Chong, Ipoh Town aims to bring to Sydney the many tantalising
tastes and atmosphere of rustic old-town found in Ipoh, Malaysia.
