How I lost 47kg!

I was 127kg and I’d just signed up to a group fitness program.

What was I thinking????

Will I be the biggest person in the group?

What if everyone is staring at me?

Ohh, I really hope my belly doesn’t poke out of my t-shirt.

What if I’m the only one new to exercise?

What if I can’t do it……. I’ll look stupid?

Tomorrow is the day…..

That’s an extract from my diary in January 2011.

I survived that day & many more that was the start of my journey from FAT depressed mum to becoming one of the very first metabolic transformation champions at the end of 2012.

In January 2011 I started to get serious about changing my life.

Being overweight my whole adult life was taking its toll.

Fast forward 4 years, I’m still leaner (47kg lighter), stronger & fitter than ever. Life is pretty AWESOME.
