Intuitive Bali style massage focuses on balancing your physical, mental, and spiritual well being and the philosophy that no 2 massages are ever the same. My 1 hour full body sessions include light stretching of the legs, gentle yet effective relaxation techniques, deep tissue when needed, lymph drainage, face massage and tapping, and any insights I may receive based on what your body is telling me on a physical and emotional level to help you clear blocked or stagnant life force.
