Intucreate offers expressive Art Therapy to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Art therapy is a very powerful tool for tapping into your own intuition and working through testing life situations and mental health issues. Art therapy involves using materials to make artworks that help you explore the issues in your life that you would like to change or improve. Instead of being focused on a final product, or creating a masterpiece; it’s the process of creating that is important and it’s through working with different art materials that new ideas thoughts and feelings arise about the issue that you are working on. Many people may be concerned about not being good at art when they first arrive but please don’t worry. The Art Therapist is NOT there to judge or interpret your artwork, but to facilitate through a psychological framework and help you find your own meaning. It's all about expression and helping you find your own meaning!
