Inspired Shiatsu

Japanese style Acupressure and Soft tissue therapy using stretches, palpation using palm / feet / elbow.

Informed by Chinese Meridien theory and using Ancillary techniques - Cupping, Guasha (Spoon) and Moxibustion (Mugwort herb)

Shiatsu promotes and can be of benefit to symptoms of PMS, Digestion, moving the lymphatic system, during convalescence, for soft tissue care and maintenance of tendon health.

It is performed on a low soft futon, fully clothed in a warm environment, with or without music. Treatment can be on raised table if required.

Treatments (30 min - 1 hour) include taking of pulse, general health questions, tongue inspection and discussion of prior medical conditons.

I am able to cater for clients at the Australian Shiatsu College - (Evans St Brunswick) or at home ($40 fee within 20km of Brunswick).

Previously treated clients include Elderly, pregnant, adolescent.
