Health – Fitness - Wellbeing equals Nutritious Food – Exercise and Movement – Emotional Release and Balance. These are the three elements of health which are inter-related. You aren't balanced if you don't have all of these elements in your life. This means taking care of yourself, not placing your health in the hands of your doctor or spouse. Don't give your power away. Self-care means prioritising yourself before the needs of others. This is not selfish but by focusing on taking care of your own needs first, you'll have the energy and attitude to easily take care of those you love and care about.
