We assess each site with thoughtful observation rather than thoughtless action. With a mindful approach to your garden as a living breathing ecosystem we can work with nature rather than against it to reduce excessive maintenance whilst producing maximum productivity.

Our approach to design comes from the edible forest gardens design methods laid out in “Edible Forest Gardens” by Dave Jacke and Eric Toensmeier. This is a well structured and thorougher design process works from patterns to details and has it’s roots firmly planted in the ecology of forest systems. We also follow the ethics and principles of the Permaculture design system that was first written about in the late 1970s. We feel these well informed and thought out approaches to design are the best solutions for a sustainable and food secure future.
