1x EMS training session is equivalent to four hours of conventional fitness training.

How it works:
InPULS Studio uses Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) technology; a cutting-edge technology that uses electrical pulses to simultaneously stimulate all muscle groups including the agonist, antagonist and deeper-lying muscles. Clients are provided with an EMS vest which is fitted with electrodes and worn over a specially designed undergarment. The electro pulses stimulate and activate muscle groups otherwise unused in simple exercises, such as squats, to deliver a whole body workout that reaches deep into the muscles. The engagement and stimulation of these muscles produces outstanding results in a 20 minutes work out, in what would otherwise take 4 hours to achieve. Users also experience an increased metabolic rate up to 85 hours (3-4 days) post workout compared to 48 hours post conventional training workout.
