Growing up, we cultivated our own vegetables, maintained an orchard, and had various free-ranged animals such as chooks, ducks and cattle. We grew up knowing where our food came from and how to prepare a fresh, nutritious meal.
As a passionate 'foodie', it is my goal to create food within my kitchen that is not only tasty, but nutritionally satisfying. I wish to share my passion for food and health with the general public, and provide credible and reliable evidence-based outcomes and theories, rather than common misconceptions and 'fads'. I am a current university student studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, and hope to further my career with my degree.
