Hi, Kurston here, I am a wife, mum to three beautiful children and a Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach! I have worn many hats in my professional life but my passion lies in helping women to achieve health and happiness!

The role of a Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach is to help people reach their full potential. We are mentors, motivators and cultivators of positive change.

I bring to the role knowledge and expertise in many areas including nutrition, psychology, mental health and physical movement. Oftentimes coaches bridge the gap between recommendations from a medical practitioner and your ability to implement such recommendations, providing guidance, strategies, motivation and accountability.

Coaching is a collaborative approach because the focus is the client, that is YOU! My job is to help you learn how to make choices that create balance and health bringing positive change and habit formation.

I obtained my health coaching certification here in Australia, through Cadence Health and have a degree in Law and post graduate qualifications in Education. What really lights me up however is nutrition and nourishing our bodies, minds and spirits.
