Inner Journeys with Mikala

I have been practicing yoga for around 7 years and have been teaching for 2 years. Yoga is part of my everyday life and I know its amazing ability to heal the body and mind.
I teach vinyasa yoga which links breath awareness with asanas. My yoga style blends the therapeutic aspects of hatha yoga, which is gentle, healing and relaxing, with the more up beat pace of the vinyasa style.
I can do one on one private classes or group classes.

I am a Pranic Healer, which involves using the prana (energy) around us to clean your aura (energy body) and chakras (energy centres). By cleansing, balancing and energising your energy body this helps restore health to your overall body and mind, and can help heal specific diseases, illness and injury. Healings can be done for specific purposes, but can also be done to ensure you maintain optimal health.

I also do crystal healing and programing. I can program your jewellery and crystals for specific tasks, so that when you wear them they can work for you. For example I wear a clear quartz crystal around my neck which I have programed to protect me from negative energy and to protect my aura. I make handmade crystal jewellery as well, which I can program for you for specific tasks.
