Inhouse Pilates

Alexandra is a pilates instructor, contemporary dancer and choreographer living on the Central Coast in N.S.W. Creative and colourful in her personality, Alex's class's are fun, unique and come with a bit of an edge to them. Inhouse pilates creates classes that have a point of difference where dance and pilates merge either on the mat or reformer.

Alexandra completed her pilates training in Adelaide and commenced her first pilates teaching role at Queen St Pilates with Leanne Mollison. She has gone on to teach at Adelaide Pilates Studio, Pilates Studio in the Hills and BodyMindLife in Sydney.

Alexandra has also taught dance classes at Australian Dance Theatre and choreographed on the Australian Dance Theatre Youth Ensemble. Alexandra has taught the pre professional year at Sydney Dance Company and has worked with leading Australian Contemporary dance choreographers Meryl Tankard, Lina Limonsani, Katrina Lazaroff, Phillip Adams "Balletlab" and Elizabeth Cameron Dalman.
