Ingram Wild Caught Fisheries

We are a family owned business located in Gippsland Victoria with over a combined 45 years experience in the fishing industry in Australia.

Our current markets are in wild caught live Australian short fin (Anguilla Australis) long fin (Anguilla Reinhardtii) and carp (Cyprinos Carpio).

Australian eels come from a highly regulated and sustainable fishery and are not considered threatened or endangered.
We are privileged to be able to work in the pristine waters of the Gippsland Lakes, which consists of three Lakes all connecting together ending up at Lakes Entrance, were they flow into ocean waters, giving the lake system a continual flow of fresh healthy water ways.

We are AQUIS, HACCP, approved registration no 3435, and operate our own export facility in Sale Victoria Australia, which is located two hours from Melbourne.
