CLASS DESCRIPTION

Circuit 60 – A whole body strength and cardio circuit routine where we perform selected exercises for a certain amount of time. Includes body weight exercises & added weights to push you further. Finishes with a cardio burst team challenge and core exercises.

Suitable – For anyone who wants to exercise in their own phase but still enjoys group exercise. This is a non-competitive class where you can join in and focus on the exercises instead of the competition. Each class is different from the other and you will leave feeling tired but accomplished.

X-fit – A moderate to high intensity 30-minute class where a count-down timer is set and your job is to finish as many rounds as possible of certain selected exercises during a 20-minute period. Quick, effective & rewarding.

Suitable – For anyone who has limited time on their schedule but still wants to exercise in a fun and effective way and who likes beating their own record. It’s a competition – with yourself! It can be as hard or as easy as you like. Your choice – make it a good one.

Box4Fit – A 45-minute boxing class incorporating shadow boxing, usage of gloves & mitts as well as whole body exercises. Participants will be paired in a team of 2 or 3 and will perform a routine that is fun, effective and different from anything you have done before.

Suitable – For anyone who wants to get a sweat on! This is a moderate to high intensity session where you get the chance to go as hard as you like, in your own phase. Make sure to bring a like minded friend, but don’t fear if you’re coming by yourself, there will always be an extra person at the center ready for a sweat!

Pre & Post-natal – A 60-minute low to moderate intensity class for anyone who has had or is yet to have a baby. Different schedules at the same session for first, second & third trimester as well as different schedule for 0-6 months and 6-12 months for post-natal clients. A set up where you can easily choose what schedule will suit you. This session is low intensity and each exercise is carefully selected to avoid injuries or uncomfortable positions and aims to strengthen your body making it ready for child birth and/or to carry your baby after child birth.

Suitable – For anyone pre or post child birth that wants to join a journey towards a healthier pregnancy or get back to pre-baby form. Build a strong body together with women in the same life changing situation as you.

+50 – A low intensity 45-minute whole body strength & cardio class for ages 50 or over. Carefully selected, low impact exercises for you to join in and enjoy. An extra focus on a gradual warm up as well as cool down and stretch to make sure you leave the facility feeling accomplished. Note – this is a low intensity class where each participant will be introduced every single exercise to feel comfortable.

Suitable – For anyone over 50 that wants to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle but who wish to exercise in their own phase without feeling any pressure. Come along, even if it’s for the relaxing stretching afterwards.

Fit4girls – A 60-minute session for GIRLS ONLY aged 13-16 who wants to exercise for wellness and get introduced to exercise in a fun and rewarding way. This class is specifically designed for girls as it promotes a strong and healthy body image and focuses on getting each girl confident and ready to rule the world. A qualified group fitness instructor will be teaching girls a healthy body image and promote health in a way that will leave you feeling strong, in your mind and body.

Suitable – For girls aged 13-16 wanting to participate in a fun and rewarding exercise session and for those who want to join in with like minded people who is or has been in the same situation as you. For those girls who wants to start an active life but are unsure what exercises to do or how to do them. A team of young girls, is a strong team!

Fit4kids – A 60-minute fun filled boot camp style session for children in all ages that aims to get children active in a fun and rewarding way. A whole body cardio burst session that will make the kids leave exhausted, in a good way! By combining playfulness, basic gymnastic skills, whole body movements and teamwork you can be sure your child gets stimulation and exercise enough to be able to perform better in school and at home.
