The Raw vegan philosophy
By consuming food in its natural state ( without cooking or being over processed) we are giving our bodies optimum energy and nutrition that can be gained form that food.We use fresh healthy wholefoods and perform kitchen alchemy to create desserts and snacks that taste awesome and give a high level of nutritional value and a host of health benefits as well as being gluten free, vegan, free from refined sugars, artificial flavours, additives and preservatives of any kind.

Our gluten free baked goodies are Not raw but we also believe in using food as medicine and there are so many people who are now suffering allergies to gluten and other common ingredients due to the use of pesticides and over farming that we decided to cater for people with allergies and intolerance's.
As time passes we will add more and varied products to our range. We are already planning to add some dehydrated goodies like kale/veggie chips and few other . Our Vision is to raise awareness of the amazing opportunities we have in the city of Onkaparinga to buy from and support our local farmers, businesses and families. We have the luxury of buying such a variety of locally sourced products and produce. An important part of this project is to empower people young and old that their choices in food, produce and products does have consequences.....and lots of them....and we get to do this whilst making some of the most amazing food I have tasted.
