Julia is an experienced Personal Trainer and NLP Practitioner.
Having grown up in Eastern European country after the USSR separation, the food was always abundant and rich. Seeing the relationship of cultural habits with food, and lack of education in nutrition in schools she decided to find out what our bodies really need to perform and feel great. It came as a shock how stress affects the gut, and how inflamed gut reflects on the mind and body.
Julia is highly passionate about helping people heal their bodies and mind through smart physical activity, appropriate diet, and re-programming of the mind to work in our favour. Small changes in life lead to big improvements in wellbeing.
Our approach will leave you confident, energised, happy, healthy and rested. We look at a whole picture, rather than isolation of problems.
